When these windshields break glass is going to quickly fly all over the place. A lot of it could end up inside your car. Glass is not something that we are going to recommend that you have in your car that is for sure. That is why we offer a complementary vacuuming service to make sure that we are able to remove as much glass as we can so that you can get back in the car safely.
 
Do These Wear Down Overtime?
 
A lot of older windows on cars had an issue that caused them to turn yellow over time or fog up a lot quicker. These issues were seen a lot in rear windshields because they are less likely to take damage which means that they tend to last longer. If this is a problem that is happening with your vehicle we would recommend that you have the rear windshield replaced sooner rather than later. You know so that you can have proper visibility of your surroundings as you drive. So to answer the question it is a definite yes!   
 
Backorders
 
There is no reason as to why we should have to lie to you about this. We usually have fewer rear windshields than normal windshields in stock. We do this because of the supply and demand concept that we work under. If we don’t have your particular windshield in stock we can always backorder it and get it to you at a later time. We hope that we don’t have to come to this of course. If that is the case though, rest assured that we will try and get the windshield to you as quickly as possible.
